Every year round November EFGS organises annual meetings that are open to all members and others by invitation or on request.
EFGS is a network of experts from the National Statistical Institutes (NSIs) in Europe and from the very begining promotes co-operation among stakeholders from National Statistical Institutes, National Mapping and Cadastral Authorities (NMCAs) and Eurostat with the aim to provide spatial statistics for Europe. Among other activities, the annual conferences are one of the main events for raising awareness among the community.
